Thank you so much for your business over the years!  It is hard to believe that we have worked on 4 of your family’s homes – all at your direction.  As you know, we are awarding you with our Customer of the Year Award this year – we hope you enjoy your new Nest Thermostat!  When you get a chance, please answer the below questions that we can add to our blog. We truly value your business and loyalty over the years – which house is next?  ????

  1. What do you typically look for when selecting a contractor?

    • Customer service, quality of the work, and interaction of construction workers 
      when asked a question.       
  2. In the beginning, what was the reason you selected 3 Generations Improvements to complete your first siding and window project?
    • The initial interaction was when receiving the bid for siding and windows. The first project was easy and the workmanship was outstanding. I then had work done on my fathers home, my sons and another home I have purchased. 
  3. What is your favorite attribute that 3 Generations Improvements has displayed during the 4 projects completed?
    • Making sure that I was satisfied with my project. They are great to work with on every project. 
  4. We understand that we were not the lowest price for the most recent window project we completed with you. Why did you decide to still select us to complete your project?
    • I prefer exceptional workmanship on my projects. Obviously I could pay less, but you get what you pay for.
